Truffle Balsamic Glaze, made in Modena - this truffle flavoured balsamic glaze or cream is made in the same way as balsamic vinegar but has a thick syrupy texture, and rich flavour.  Use for marinating, finishing or dressing vegetables or drizzled over cheese, pizza, rice or eggs.

Acetaia Reale have been making DOP Balsamic Vinegars for four generations on their Campi Macri farm in Modena and look after every stage of balsamic vinegar production from harvesting the grape to ageing the vinegar.

This Truffle Balsamic Glaze is excellent for mixed salads, rice, risotto, eggs, roast meats, pizza and cheeses.
