A thick, velvety balsamic vinegar glaze, with the typical aroma of the Aceto Balsamico di Modena. The vigorously-aromatic, sweet-sourish balsamic glaze is ideally suited to meat dishes, pasta, risotto, and the refinement of delicate sauces. It is also great on desserts like ice cream and strawberries.

Ingredients: Cooked grape must, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, sugar, modified starch, caramel E150d. Contains sulphites.
