The Flat Sauce Whisk is ideal to use for deglazing
a pan or when making a smooth roux for gravy or
cheese sauces. The raised stainless steel frame allows
both front and back coils to conform to the curve of the pan and glide smoothly around the entire surface so ingredients are stirred and blended quickly and evenly. The long elevated handle provides comfortable whisking while keeping hands away from direct heat. Made from dishwasher safe 18/8 stainless steel. 14-1/2″ overall with a 2-1/2″ x 3-3/4″ whisk area.
